  Not had too bad experiences the 3 times ive had to go however ive being given contradicting medical info telling me ive arthiritus in a knee and im suffering with severe pains in both knees and my hips for the last 8 yrs now and I got sent for a x ray which is fine however when I ask to speak to the gp today over the phone as ive no transport and live 2.4 miles away from surgery so can't walk there and back for obvious reason not to mention I already have arthiritus in my spine so walking is a struggle yet I get told they barely do these call backs anymore and said itll be a all day call so it could be anytime which is fine however I just stated I had to collect my daughter between 3.30 and 4 pm from the local bus stop when the school bus drops her off (shes 7) so can't walk home herself to which I got told id be wasting the doctors time if I'm not available.....how hard is it to just mention to the doctor that I'm not available between them times due to having to collect my 7 yr old and the attitude from that receptionist as brought me to tears theirs just no need to be like that, and for that reason I'm giving these a 2 stars and they say they expect respect off us patients....maybe try giving it first and it'll be returned.
